Rev Jesse Jackson: We should have restructured the banks not bail them out

Nationwide, many American are unemployed and looking for work. Many GOP presidential hopefuls believe that if you give companies tax breaks that money will trickle down to the community therefore stimulating the economy. On the other the hand, more and more companies are outsourcing work leaving many communities in shambles. President Obama has kicked up campaign efforts in states that are dealing with these issues.
